colorful Ethiopia

My husband travels and has opportunities to see Ethiopia like I never will.  I'm always grateful when he comes come with a camera full of photos to share with me.  

Injera (the rolled flat bread) is used like a utensil to scoop other foods like the goat tibs and berbere (the spices).  I'm in love with Ethiopian food.  It's healthy and delicious.
