Right now we are in the middle of a short few weeks of rain that is essential for the crops in Ethiopia. Everyone was thrilled to see the rain arrive so the prices of food won't go up significantly this next season. We were thrilled to see the rain because it cools off the weather and cleans the smog from the sky. Only problem is that with heavy rain the power gets knocked out more often and our generator runs making the air outside our home unbreakable. May will be very hot and then the 4 month rainy season will hit us full force in June.
